Shanghai Leiyue Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2002. The company's predecessor was the former Jiangsu Sheyang Huanghai Electric Control Factory, which was founded in 1986. It is a company specializing in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of power distribution switch control equipment and its accessories. Modern high-tech enterprises have been recognized as "Shanghai Science and Technology Little Giant (Cultivation) Enterprise" and "Shanghai Putuo District Enterprise Technology Center".

Company jointly developed DT series electronic tripper for DW15 circuit breaker with Shanghai Institute of Electrical Appliance Science of the Ministry of Machinery. Later, in 1995, he jointly undertook the national key project of "intelligent communicable complete sets of devices and their intelligent components" with Shanghai Electric Appliance Science Research Institute, Tianjin Electric Appliance Transmission Research Institute and Shanghai People's Electric Appliance Factory. He was responsible for the research and development of "distribution automation system based on fieldbus technology and its intelligent interface" and successfully launched China's first domestic intelligent controller for low-voltage circuit breakers, thus creating a precedent for the localization of intelligent controller. The company has been engaged in the development of various types of intelligent controllers based on fieldbus technology for a long time, and has made great contributions to promoting the rapid upgrading of my country's low-voltage circuit breaker products to intelligence, networking, and communication.

In recent years, the company has seized the new development opportunities of intelligent manufacturing and dual-carbon targets, continuously deepened product innovation, launched a new generation of intelligent controllers for the Internet of Things, empowered low-voltage circuit breakers, and strided to be explorers, advocates and practitioners in the new blue sea of green and low-carbon development.
