1. New pure electric bus

The configured lithium titanate battery has the characteristics of high power, strong temperature adaptability, long service life, fast and slow comprehensive charging, etc., which can realize charging at any position under the air line network in the station to meet the frequent entry and exit of vehicles during peak operation The needs of the station and sequential movement.
2. New Choice of Pure Electric Bus Charging-Mini Skid-mounted Substation of Factory Station

At present, pure electric buses mainly use "substation charging pile" charging equipment or special power exchange workstation. In the specific mode, slow charging, fast charging and power exchange are adopted to supplement the energy of the on-board battery. In Europe, the development route of public transportation includes: dual-source pure electric buses, advanced on-board energy storage systems, and high-power fast-charging batteries. Overhead line network can provide 750V/1500V DC power, in the bus station, special parking lot, even ordinary station for pure electric bus fast charging.

① The vehicle's own charger can customize the optimal charging curve for the battery and maintain the battery life.
② Multiple vehicles can be charged simultaneously under each overhead line, and the charging power can be distributed according to the vehicle demand to realize power sharing and flexible charging.
No personnel operation, saving labor costs.
The substation has stable performance and reliable operation, and can provide DC large-capacity charging power supply for public transportation in a very small area. The whole substation box is 8 meters long, 3.8 meters wide and 3.4 meters high, which can provide rated 800A charging current for pure electric buses. The rated output power is 630kVA; The maximum load of the two DC charging circuits can reach 1000A, and it can supply power to 20 pure electric vehicles at the same time.
The substation is operated in an unattended mode, and all data of its operation are managed by computer data, and data exchange is completed through its own communication system and remote management system platform. Each box-type substation is equipped with six modules to ensure the power output, intelligent monitoring and security of the substation. They are: ① AC high voltage module ② rectifier transformer and rectifier module ③ DC feeder module ④ electrical monitoring system module ⑤ automatic fire protection and video monitoring module ⑥ auxiliary power supply module.
In order to ensure safe use, this type of substation adopts five major protection measures, namely: ① charging network electrical safety guarantee ② fast removal of large current short-circuit fault ③ intelligent fault detection ④ fast return power supply ⑤ insulation and temperature monitoring.
Wanlong Electric has delivered 37 skid-mounted pure electric bus substations to Beijing, Jinan, Qingdao, Hangzhou and other cities, and completed the intelligent transformation of 25 dual-source pure electric bus substations, providing an integrated guarantee of power supply and charging for nearly 2000 dual-source pure electric buses.

3. Intelligent charging and scheduling management platform
The architecture of the platform is to establish a three-level hierarchical management intelligent platform that monitors the total platform, the city platform and the site platform. All vehicles and DC substations in the system are equipped with intelligent application terminals, which communicate with the data application center and site monitoring platform through wireless network. The data application center receives the operation data and charging request from the intelligent application terminal of the DC substation from time to time, and controls the charging mode of the bus according to the total capacity of the DC substation output and the order of the received charging request instruction, so as to realize the unified coordinated management of the bus charged in the system.

The new pure electric bus realizes low-cost, full-attendance and efficient operation for public transport enterprises, provides real-time big data of bus operation for competent departments, realizes information sharing, and realizes the intelligent management of pure electric buses.
