Sinopec Wuhan 800000 t/a ethylene project covers an area of more than 5000 mu and is equipped with 9 substations, including PP unit central substation, liquid product tank farm central substation, air compressor station central substation, butadiene extraction combined unit substation, HDPE unit central substation, EO/EG unit central substation, ethylene unit central substation, ethylene unit second substation and C5 separation substation. The project adopts the "integrated solution of intelligent motor integrated control system" provided by Wanlong Electric ".
MCU in each substation adopts ST500E series intelligent motor protection device to realize the operation protection and monitoring function of process motor equipment; FCU adopts ST420L series microcomputer line protection device to realize the operation protection and monitoring function of each feeder circuit. These intelligent terminal equipment through the RS485 Modbus RTU fieldbus communication network and CCU(ST3000 series communication controller) to achieve equipment operating parameters and status information collection, data screening and protocol conversion, in order to improve the reliability of the system, CCU adopts the dual-machine hot standby redundant working mode. CCU unit realizes data transmission between electrical engineer station (EWS), SCADA system and DCS system through independent Modbus Server interface, and realizes real-time monitoring and management of equipment running state in background computer system, thus forming a complete "WKS-IMCS2000 intelligent motor integrated control system".
After the system is put into operation, the operation effect reaches the expected goal, ensures the reliable operation of the process equipment of each set of production equipment, improves the production efficiency, improves the automatic management level of the operation and maintenance of the production process equipment, and reduces the work intensity of personnel and the cost of operation and maintenance management.
