Rail Transit__Beijing Bus and Tram Company DC Traction Station Intelligent Upgrade Solution

Beijing public transportation and tram company has selected wanlong electric's "intelligent DC traction electrical system integrated solution" to carry out intelligent upgrading and transformation of 18 traction stations such as Fuchengmen station, zizhuyuan station and maliandao station in batches. After the transformation, the protection function of each traction station is improved, and the unattended operation of 18 traction stations is realized.
In the transformation of each traction station, ST700 series DC microcomputer integrated protection device is added to improve the protection function of fast circuit breaker. On the basis of the original direct overcurrent tripping, protection functions such as overcurrent interruption, overcurrent delay, thermal overload, rising rate and low/overvoltage, circuit test and automatic reclosing are added, which greatly improves the operation reliability of DC traction power supply system; an intelligent I/O module is added to realize the collection of state information such as the state of the rectifier module, the state of the electric isolation knife, the state of the lightning arrester, etc. The temperature and humidity controller is added to monitor the operating environment and important connection positions of the traction station. The insulation monitoring module is added to monitor the insulation state of the DC power supply system.
The above-mentioned intelligent terminal equipped with standard field bus communication interface and 10kV microcomputer comprehensive protection realize the collection of operation parameters and status information, protocol conversion, data screening, data forwarding and remote control instruction issuance of field electrical equipment through the field bus network and the "WKS-DAS1000 data management system" configured in each traction station, and then through the dedicated VPN network, data transmission is realized between the back-end computer system of the dispatching center of the bus and tram company, thus forming a complete "WKS-DTMS2000 intelligent DC traction electrical monitoring and management system". In the dispatching center, the running state of the power supply system equipment of each traction station can be monitored, analyzed, judged and controlled according to the needs. In addition, an independent security system (including video, access control, fire and environmental monitoring) has been built according to user needs.
After the intelligent upgrading and transformation of the DC traction system of Beijing bus and Tram Company, the operation management information platform of the whole DC traction power supply system has been constructed, which realizes the digital management of the operation state of the equipment, "shortens" the distance between people and equipment, improves the control ability of the personnel on duty to the equipment, ensures the operation reliability of the DC traction power supply system, and achieves the expected purpose.
