Recently, the target performance management office of Wanlong Group, under the guidance of the people's and Social Affairs Bureau of Suzhou Park, successfully organized and implemented the vocational skills training and grade identification of "draftsman. The purpose of this activity is to further improve the professional skills of the company's employees and provide a solid talent guarantee for the company's sustainable development.
1. careful preparation to ensure the smooth progress of the training
In order to ensure the smooth development of the training, the target performance management office has made careful preparations. First of all, Zhang Li, a senior lecturer within the company, was invited to carry out training on relevant knowledge points of "draftsman" in conference room 203 (youlong hall) on the 2nd floor of wanlong building at 9:30 a.m. on October 14, 2024. The training covers the core skills and knowledge required for cartographic workers, and ensures that every employee can participate through a combination of online and offline methods.
2. comprehensive coverage to ensure the effectiveness of training
This training is for all employees in the park where the social security is insured, and a total of 30 employees participated in the training. The first group to participate in the examination, and finally passed the 29 students. For employees who cannot participate in offline training, the company provides a playback video of Wanlong School, which requires 56 hours of class hours. In addition, the company has also arranged a shuttle bus to pick up employees who are inconvenient to drive to ensure that each employee can participate in the training smoothly.
3. strict assessment to ensure the quality of training
After the training, the target performance management office and the supervisors assigned by the Suzhou Park Human Resources and Social Security Bureau jointly organized theoretical and practical examinations. The theoretical examination will be held in Wanlong Building from the end of October to the beginning of November. The examination room layout includes preparing black gel pens and setting up video surveillance. The practical examination is conducted in a special computer classroom, and the whole process is videotaped to ensure fairness and justice. In the end, a total of 29 employees passed the examination and obtained the national vocational skill level certificate.

Through this training and assessment, not only enhance the professional skills of employees, but also enhance the cohesion of the team.
