Product overview
Three-phase AC asynchronous motor has been widely used in all walks of life, and it is particularly important to ensure the safe control and reliable operation of the motor. The traditional motor control scheme has complex wiring, design, debugging and maintenance workload; the traditional motor protection scheme (thermal relay) has single protection function, poor accuracy and low reliability, and high power consumption.
ST500F/M/H series intelligent motor controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller) is suitable for motor applications with rated frequency 50Hz, rated voltage up to 690V and rated current up to 820A. It combines microcomputer technology, control technology, communication technology and display technology, integrates a variety of motor protection and control schemes, improves the protection function and simplifies the control scheme. It uses the rapid processing ability of the microprocessor to correctly judge and quickly process the abnormal operation state of the motor according to the preset parameters to ensure the safe and stable operation of the production control system. It can also send out alarm signals in time through the Chinese LCD display interface, light indication, relay signal output and communication and other forms.
The application of the controller greatly improves the design and production efficiency, and reduces the workload of on-site debugging and maintenance. In addition, as a communicable intelligent terminal, he also supports a variety of standard fieldbus communication interfaces to achieve networking solutions, realizing decentralized protection control and centralized monitoring and management of motor equipment, and improving the reliability of system operation.
The product adopts modular design (including body, special current transformer and display module). The product is small in size, compact in structure and easy to install. It can be directly installed and used in 1/4 modulus and above various drawers.

- auxiliary working power supply supports AC/DC power supply (AC220V, DC220V/110V).
- switching input (DI) supports dry node or wet node input (optional AC or DC external power supply).
