Jiutai Power Plant 2*660MW Unit Auxiliary Electrical Monitoring System Solution
Huaneng Jiutai Power Plant Phase I 2*660MW units, using Wanlong Electric to provide."power plants ",realizes the remote centralized operation monitoring and maintenance management of the electrical equipment of the main power plant steam turbine, boiler, security, public utility, auxiliary power plant coal transportation, water supply, ash removal, desulfurization and other systems, as well as the operation status monitoring of the generator and transformer unit protection, excitation system, quasi-synchronous device, starting and standby transformer protection, quick-cutting device, DC, UPS system and other equipment.
In this project, the 6kV system adopts ST600 microcomputer comprehensive protection device to realize incoming line and feeder circuit protection control and equipment operation state monitoring, the 400V system PC circuit adopts ST400 series power measurement and control instruments to realize equipment operation state monitoring, and the MCC circuit adopts ST500 series intelligent motor controller to realize motor circuit protection control and equipment operation state monitoring. According to the requirements of engineering design, the communication interface specification of intelligent terminal equipment adopts RS485 Modbus RTU.
In order to improve the reliability of the "WKS-ECMS2000 power plant electrical monitoring and management system", the communication management ST3000 series communication controller in the system network architecture adopts the dual-machine hot-standby redundancy design, the field layer intelligent terminal equipment adopts the dual-port redundancy mode, and the field bus network adopts the dual-network redundancy structure. The operator station, engineer station, data server, interface server and GPS equipment are configured in the background computer system of the monitoring center to realize the remote real-time online operation monitoring and maintenance management of the main plant, auxiliary plant and desulfurization electrical system equipment of the whole plant.
The project uses fieldbus communication network to replace the traditional hard-wired signal acquisition and remote control scheme, which simplifies the control system and reduces the comprehensive cost. At the same time, digital signal communication improves the anti-interference ability of data transmission and ensures the reliability of equipment operation.
