WKS-IMCS2000 intelligent motor integrated control system adopts Ethernet and field bus communication technology, integrates data acquisition and monitoring system, engineer station, central control unit and intelligent terminal equipment, can cooperate with DCS well to achieve the purpose of decentralized control and real-time automatic monitoring and management, and realizes the integrated solution of SCADA system, central control unit (CCU) and intelligent terminal equipment (MCU, FCU).

System Features
1. Open system. The system supports Profibus-DP, Modbus-RTU, CAN, DeviceNet and other standard fieldbus communication protocols, and provides Modbus Server, OPC Server, Profibus-DP Slave and other data source interfaces to realize data sharing with third-party systems. Users can choose various intelligent terminal devices from different manufacturers and brands to access the fieldbus network according to their needs to achieve the best system integration.
2. On-site data collection. The site uses a large number of intelligent protection, measurement and control terminal equipment, each device is an independent microcomputer system, to achieve local data acquisition, protection and control functions.

system composition

The WKS-IMCS2000 intelligent motor integrated control system is a typical three-layer equipment and two-layer network structure, which is divided into station control layer, communication management layer and interval layer. The station control layer and the communication management layer are connected by TCP/IP Ethernet, and the communication management layer and the spacer layer are connected by fieldbus network.
Traditional decentralized data acquisition is to transfer the information of each device to DCS system through I/O card and instrument protection system. 1. Station control layer

2. Communication Management

WKS-IMCS2000 intelligent motor integrated control system is the ST3000 series communication controller (CCU). The communication management layer has the functions of data collection, information filtering, protocol conversion, interface service, network diagnosis and so on. The communication between MCU and MCU adopts field bus communication mode. In order to ensure the reliability of communication controller and bus network, dual hot standby and dual network redundancy structure can be adopted.

3. Spacer layer

spacer layer mainly includes ST500L, ST500B, ST500E series intelligent motor protection device (MCU), ST420 series line microcomputer integrated protection device (FCU) and other equipment.
