The company's new generation of microcomputer integrated protection device ST600 adopts revolutionary design concepts and ideas, introduces the concepts of platform, component, programmable logic control and hierarchical communication into the microcomputer-based relay protection device, and realizes the standardization, modularization and integration of device functions. The product is suitable for electric power, water conservancy, petroleum, chemical industry, iron and steel, metallurgy, coal and other power systems with voltage levels below 110kV. One interval, only one device can complete all kinds of protection, control, measurement, monitoring and communication functions. The products are small in size, high in reliability, strong in electromagnetic compatibility, practical and flexible in functional configuration, and good in scalability, and are well received by the majority of users.
ST600 series is divided into 6BX basic type, 6SX standard type, 6HX enhanced three categories, suitable for different types of application requirements and occasions.
Product Features
The platform-based component structure reduces the coupling between components and increases, decreases, replaces and merges components in the device. Basically, there is no need to change the hardware and software of other components; the combination of different components can adapt to the needs of different applications; updating some components can realize the upgrading of products.
The chassis, panel and rear cover are all made of stainless steel, and are connected to each other by stainless steel shrapnel, which ensures continuous electromagnetic characteristics and reliable operation in harsh field environment.
The microcontroller of each component in the device adopts the structure of "bus not chip", which enhances the anti-electromagnetic interference ability of the microcontroller and improves the overall reliability of the device.
The control of the device is realized by independent components, which integrates fieldbus and PLC functions. Through graphical programming in accordance with IEC 61131 specifications, the conditions are created to meet the reliability of the device and quickly meet the special customization of users.
The product has passed the certification test of the national relay protection and automation equipment quality supervision and inspection center, of which 12 items are electromagnetic compatibility test items, and the most critical 4 items in EMS are the most severe level of its corresponding standard performance, including electrostatic discharge level IV, surge level IV, fast transient level IV and pulse group interference level III.
The product supports a variety of standard communication interfaces, including single/dual Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP, 101, 103, CAN, Profibus-DP, TCP/IP, etc., to meet different application requirements.
