Suzhou Wanlong Electric Group Co., Ltd. developed the "WKS-DTMS2000 intelligent DC traction electrical monitoring and management system" for urban rail transit, tram and mine DC traction electrical systems, which is used to realize the operation monitoring and management of the entire DC traction transportation electrical system (one or more traction stations). Specifically in urban rail transit, tram and mine DC traction electrical system, due to the operation and management mode there are certain differences (such as part of the project access to the security system), so the system network structure and scale have a certain difference.
The system takes the ST3000 series communication controller as the core, the field bus communication technology as the link, and the intelligent terminal equipment such as the ST700 series DC microcomputer integrated protection device, temperature monitoring device and insulation monitoring device as the foundation, realizes the intelligent operation monitoring management and maintenance of the DC traction electrical system, greatly improves the reliability of the DC traction power supply system, and ensures the safety and efficiency of production and transportation.

system composition

The WKS-DTMS2000 intelligent DC traction electrical monitoring and management system is usually composed of station control layer, front layer and field layer (intelligent terminal equipment of each traction power station). TCP/IP Ethernet is used for communication between the station control layer and the front layer. If the geographical span is large, optical cable or mature VPN private network can be used. The front layer and the field layer are connected through a fieldbus network. In order to meet the differences in the reliability requirements of different users, the system can adopt a dual-network redundant structure mode.
1. Station control layer
Depending on the size of the system and engineering requirements, the configuration of the station control layer can take many forms, usually including data servers, operator stations, engineer stations, printing equipment, and so on.
2. Pre-layer
It consists of the ST3000 series communication controller installed in the communication cabinet of each traction station, which is responsible for the collection of the operation parameters and status information of the traction station equipment, realizes the equipment operation management, communication protocol conversion, data service, and uploads the data to the monitoring and dispatching center (station control layer) through the standard interface.
3. Site level
It is mainly composed of intelligent terminal equipment installed in each traction station, including ST700 series DC microcomputer comprehensive protection device, insulation monitoring equipment, frame leakage protection device, electric energy meter, I/O module and AC system intelligent terminal equipment, etc.

System Function

Real-time monitoring function
Realize data acquisition, data processing, event recording, fault alarm processing, load analysis, print output and so on.

Report function
According to the user's daily operation and maintenance management needs, complete the report template customization, report call, report printing (timing/call) and report management, etc.

Control function
Complete the system equipment remote control logic, fixed value adjustment, safety measures management and other functions.

System management function
In order to improve the safety and stability of the system operation, it is necessary to strengthen the management of network redundancy management, operation authority management, virus prevention, sub-station listing and sub-station unloading.

Safety protection function
To improve system network security, configure an IP authentication encryption device or a hardware firewall.
