1. Introduction
With the rapid development of economy, energy shortage and environmental deterioration have been paid close attention to by the whole world. Energy is an important foundation for the development of national economy. In order to respond to the national call and take the road of sustainable development, energy saving and consumption reduction is the primary task. Among them, the consumption of electric energy is relatively large in all energy sources, and the unified management of electric energy is particularly important. Only by accurate and reliable measurement of electric energy can we save electric energy in a real sense.
today's power management system, the need to follow the power system standards and secondary development of a set of professional, high degree of automation, easy to use, high performance, high reliability and other characteristics for low-voltage power distribution system management system. Through telemetry and remote control, load can be reasonably allocated, optimized operation can be realized, energy can be effectively saved, and there are records of peak and trough electricity consumption, thus providing data basis for reasonable management of electricity consumption. With the further entry of industrial 4.0 into China, the urgent demand for intelligent power distribution room energy management system is also born.

At present, almost all measuring instruments and protection devices in the power distribution room have realized the replacement of new and old products that can communicate online, such as (motor controller, multi-function measuring meter, intelligent plastic case, universal frame circuit breaker, multi-function meter, switch quantity acquisition module, integrated electrical equipment management device, etc.), so that the intelligent energy consumption management of the power distribution room can be applied to the communication terminal to achieve full coverage of data acquisition required by the intelligent power distribution room.
II, Communications Management

III, background system software and functions
The whole system includes intelligent communication unit, network transmission and background computer. According to the collected data signal, the background system configures the interactive interface, standard graphic element library, convenient call combination, real-time data collection and display, automatic logic calculation and processing of data information, remote change and setting of equipment parameters, etc. according to the collected data signal. Set corresponding reports and curves such as: historical trend of electricity consumption, automatic generation of daily, monthly and annual reports of electric energy measurement, etc, according to the commonly used MS Excel setting template and generating the corresponding report (fig. 2), query the report at any time, display and print it. It is equipped with widely open background database software, stores specified years or all data information and fault records (fig. 3), supports remote access in C/S and B/S modes, and realizes remote data transmission.

IV, Online Monitoring and Portable Device Applications
, through the two-dimensional code configured for each intelligent device and the corresponding APP, under the complete communication network, can log into the energy consumption management system through the mobile phone in time. It can not only query the real-time monitoring data of the corresponding intelligent device, but also confirm the service life, operation time, etc. according to the product information of the device, provide reliable data for the long-term and limited safe operation of electrical equipment in the power distribution room, and replace spare parts in time. At the same time, the data transmission with portable devices such as mobile phones not only promotes the system to a new stage of intelligence that can be monitored anytime, anywhere, but also lays a solid foundation for the application expansion of the system.
4. Conclusion
the progress of science and technology has provided people with a more convenient way of life and gradually changed people's attitude towards life. People will not be satisfied with a single energy consumption data monitoring system, monitoring water level, flow management system, HVAC system, etc., and most of these data can be analyzed from the power distribution room. In the future, the integrated intelligent power distribution room energy management system based on power data will be particularly important.
