electrical fire monitoring system for electrical fire caused by the main factors (wire temperature, current, voltage and leakage current) for continuous data tracking and statistical analysis, real-time discovery of electrical circuits and electrical equipment in the presence of potential safety hazards (such as: cable temperature abnormalities, short circuit, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage and leakage, etc.), can effectively prevent the occurrence of electrical fires.
GB 50016-2006 "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" and GB50045-1995 "Code for Fire Protection Design of High-rise Civil Buildings" all point out that "electrical fire monitoring system should be set up in the non-fire power load of specific buildings or places". However, Shandong Province issued government decree No. 263 "Regulations on Fire Safety Management of Fire High-risk Units in Shandong Province" in 2013, which clearly stipulates that "fire high-risk units shall have leakage fire alarm system" and specifies the specific implementation rules in DB 37/T 2122-2012 "Code for Design, Construction and Acceptance of Electrical Fire Monitoring System.
The traditional electrical fire monitoring system scheme is established independently of the existing low-voltage motor protection and distribution protection system. By installing residual current transformer or temperature sensor, a separate detector is used to sample, as shown in the following figure.

However, in practical applications, especially for drawer-type switch cabinets, traditional solutions have the following problems:

grounding system already have the functions of residual current and temperature detection and protection. If the residual current transformer for fire alarm detection is added to the circuit, the installation position is not standard: it is placed in the drawer cabinet and led out through the secondary plug-in to cause problems; Installed on the cable outlet side, the fixation is unreliable.

electrical fire monitoring detectors (one-to-many) do not have a suitable installation location and may occupy a modular drawer.

electrical fire monitoring detectors and leakage transformers exist repeated investment.
Based on the above reasons, Suzhou Wanlong Electric Group has developed an integrated solution for low-voltage motor protection, power distribution protection and electrical fire monitoring system, which combines the electrical fire monitoring detector with the protection and control devices of the motor circuit and power distribution circuit, as shown in the following figure.

Compared with traditional solutions, the advantages of integrated solutions include:
